- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for about 15 minutes.
- Sauté the vegetables in olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer marinated salmon onto a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Divide the cooked rice into serving bowls, top with sautéed vegetables and salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, serve immediately.
