Description

Recreate the beloved fast-food experience at home with this delicious and customizable Taco Bell Copycat Mexican Pizza.


Ingredients

  • 4 Crispy Tortillas
  • 1 lb Taco Meat (ground beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a generous layer of refried beans on a crispy tortilla.
  3. Add the seasoned taco meat evenly on top of the beans.
  4. Drizzle enchilada sauce over the meat.
  5. Place another crispy tortilla on top.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top tortilla.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese bubbles.
  8. Carefully remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, then slice and serve.

Notes

Make the taco meat and refried beans a day in advance to save time. Use non-stick spray if opting out of parchment paper.
