Description

Succulent baby back ribs coated in a sweet and spicy glaze, perfect for summer gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it’s hot enough to sear the ribs beautifully.
  2. Mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Rub the mixture generously over the ribs, coating every inch.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill, cover, and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with additional sauce.
  5. Check for tenderness; once the ribs are tender and the sauce caramelizes, remove them from the grill.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing, then serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the ribs in the sauce overnight. They can also be baked if grilling isn’t an option.
