- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder

- Pepper to taste
- Baked pita chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a crockpot until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped spinach until completely combined.
- Add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste, adjusting seasoning as desired.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, until bubbly.
- Stir before serving and enjoy with baked pita chips or crackers.
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the dip a day prior and reheating in the crockpot. For a healthier version, consider using low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
