Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Baked pita chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a crockpot until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped spinach until completely combined.
  3. Add garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste, adjusting seasoning as desired.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 120-180 minutes, until bubbly.
  5. Stir before serving and enjoy with baked pita chips or crackers.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the dip a day prior and reheating in the crockpot. For a healthier version, consider using low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
