Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix together the sourdough discard, flour, salt, sugar, warm water, and yeast until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
