Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes
