Description

These wraps combine smoky, savory chicken with crunchy coleslaw, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla – perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Shredded Green Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before shredding.
  5. Shred the chicken and mix it with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
  6. Combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl for the coleslaw.
  7. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  8. Assemble the wraps with chicken and coleslaw, topping with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
  9. Fold the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.

Notes

Cook the chicken and prepare the coleslaw a day in advance for quicker assembly later.
