- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 2 cups Shredded Green Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 4 Large Flour Tortillas
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before shredding.
- Shred the chicken and mix it with barbecue sauce in a bowl.
- Combine cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl for the coleslaw.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps with chicken and coleslaw, topping with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.
Notes
Cook the chicken and prepare the coleslaw a day in advance for quicker assembly later.
