Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • Chocolate for dipping
  • Extra crushed pretzels for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the salted caramel sauce and half of the crushed pretzels, mixing well.
  3. Shape small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled ball in the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and top with remaining crushed pretzels.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
