Description

Delicious bite-sized Pepperoni Pizza Bombs with a crispy exterior and gooey cheese interior, perfect for parties or a cozy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares about 2–3 inches wide.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Drizzle a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  6. Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Make ahead by covering with plastic wrap and refrigerating until ready to bake.
