Delicious bite-sized Pepperoni Pizza Bombs with a crispy exterior and gooey cheese interior, perfect for parties or a cozy dinner.

- 1 can (16 oz) pizza dough
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares about 2–3 inches wide.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top of the cheese and pepperoni.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Make ahead by covering with plastic wrap and refrigerating until ready to bake.
