Instructions

  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Blend the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) in a separate bowl and gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Add chopped pecans and shredded coconut, folding them into the dough evenly.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
