Ingredients

• 1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt (Ensure zero xylitol or artificial sweeteners.) — Benefit: Provides natural probiotics and calcium for digestive and bone health.

Instructions

Step 1: Combine Ingredients
Add Greek yogurt, ripe banana slices, natural peanut butter, and rolled oats into a blender.
Pro Tip: Use ripe bananas with dark spots for natural sweetness and easier blending.

Step 2: Blend to Smooth Consistency
Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth.
Pro Tip: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if the mixture is too thick to blend.

Step 3: Portion Into Molds
Pour the smooth mixture evenly into 12 silicone baking cups arranged on a baking sheet.

Step 4: Freeze Until Set
Place tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours until treats are solid.
