- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
- Combine the meatballs with the sauce, top with shredded cheese, and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve with sub rolls, pasta, or on a bed of greens.
