  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, place the ground beef over medium heat. Brown the beef thoroughly, breaking it apart until it’s no longer pink.
  2. Add the diced red and green bell peppers to the pot. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, allowing them to soften.
