Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. Add the buttermilk and melted butter, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Scoop the dough into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
