Description

Savory sliders featuring juicy turkey patties topped with crispy bacon and a drizzle of maple syrup, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Slider buns
  • Optional garnishes: lettuce, tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet: Warm a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Prepare the turkey mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into small patties.
  3. Cook the turkey patties: Use the same skillet and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Add the maple syrup in the last minute of cooking to drizzle over each patty.
  5. Assemble your sliders: Place each patty on a slider bun, top with bacon, and add garnishes as desired.

Notes

For best results, cook bacon in batches and ensure turkey patties are not overcooked. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
