Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey, then pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in the diced mango.
