Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
