Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and gochujang in a mixing bowl.
- Place chicken cubes into the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight. Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
