Description

Succulent chicken pieces marinated in a rich blend of flavors, grilled to perfection on skewers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and gochujang in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place chicken cubes into the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, marinate overnight. Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
