Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter for brushing
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  3. Whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and add the egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces and shape into breadsticks on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
