- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Butter for brushing
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, minced garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients and add the egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces and shape into breadsticks on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
