- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup crushed crackers or nuts (for coating)
Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, crumbled bacon, minced jalapeños, and chopped green onions in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Blend everything until well combined using a hand mixer or wooden spoon.
- Shape the mixture into a sphere and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the crushed crackers or nuts for coating.
- Serve with an assortment of crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a lighter option, replace cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
