- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the ground chicken, shredded cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on each slider bun along with your favorite toppings.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Prepare the chicken mixture a day in advance for convenience. You can substitute ground chicken with turkey or add different cheeses to customize the flavor.
