Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin (canned, plain)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground chicken, egg, oat flour, pumpkin, and fresh parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it, leaving space between them.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (73.9°C).
  6. Allow the meatballs to cool completely before serving.
