Ingredients
Scale
Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped (seeds and stem removed)
- 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 ripe banana
Optional Add-Ins:
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp finely shredded carrots
Instructions
- Prep the apple. Core the apple and remove all seeds and the stem, then chop it into small pieces.
- Combine the base ingredients. Add the apple, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and banana to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Stir in optional add-ins, if using, gently folding them into the blended mixture so they’re evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into silicone paw-print molds, bone-shaped molds, or ice cube trays.
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to release any trapped air bubbles for a smoother finished treat.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until the treats are completely firm.
- Pop the frozen treats out of the molds and transfer them to an airtight, freezer-safe container.
- Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
That’s it — no baking, no complicated steps, just a quick blend and a few hours in the freezer for a treat your dog will love.
