Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer the frozen hash browns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers, making sure everything is evenly coated.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
