Instructions
- Create the Cheesecake Mixture: Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
- Prepare the Whipped Cream: Whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Combine the Peaches: Dice fresh peaches and sprinkle with brown sugar. Set aside.
- Whip Up the Crumble: Blend flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Assemble the Cones: Fill cones with cheesecake mixture, top with marinated peaches and sprinkle with crumble.
