Description

A heartwarming dish of succulent chicken breasts and al dente pasta enveloped in a luxurious creamy garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the skillet. Sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan until melted.
  5. Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet, along with the cooked pasta. Toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with plant-based cream and use nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. Fresh garlic is recommended for the best flavor.
