- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of blue frosting
- Additional cookie chunks for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
- Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and carefully roll it out on a floured surface.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies over the filling.
- Roll the dough into a tight log shape from one edge.
- Slice the log into even rolls, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick, and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven according to package instructions until golden brown.
- Spread blue frosting over the warm rolls and top with cookie chunks before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the filling the night before and assemble the rolls in the morning.
