- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan thoroughly.
- Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture.
- Stir until well combined to create a smooth batter.
- Fold in shredded coconut carefully.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- Spread whipped topping over the cooled brownies and sprinkle with additional shredded coconut.
