Description

A refreshing salad featuring crisp cucumbers and sweet crab meat, dressed with tangy lemon and dill.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice your cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl with the flaked crab meat.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until creamy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and crab mixture and gently toss everything together.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Gently toss the salad just before serving, adjusting seasoning as necessary.

Notes

Serve chilled and garnished with a sprig of dill. Perfect for summer picnics and brunches.
