Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Dice your cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl with the flaked crab meat.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until creamy.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and crab mixture and gently toss everything together.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Gently toss the salad just before serving, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
Notes
