A refreshing cherry pie iced tea that blends black tea with cherry juice, vanilla, and fresh fruits for a delightful summer drink.

- 4 black tea bags
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup cherry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice, for serving
- Fresh mint and lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a kettle or pot.
- Steep the black tea bags in the boiling water for 5–7 minutes.
- Add cherry juice, pitted cherries, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Cool the mixture to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice, garnished with mint and lemon slices.
Notes
Prepare a day in advance for deeper flavor. Avoid oversteeping the tea to prevent bitterness.
