Instructions

  2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon over the top.
