- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef browns and the onion softens, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and melt for about 2 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle, fold over and seal the edges.
- Arrange the pockets on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
