Cheddar-Stuffed BBQ Bacon Bombs You Can’t Resist!

Description

Delicious BBQ bacon bombs stuffed with cheddar cheese, perfect for a party or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a portion of the beef mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  4. Place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the beef around it to form a ball.
  5. Wrap each ball with bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Brush BBQ sauce over each bacon-wrapped bomb.
  7. Place the bombs on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through.
  8. Remove from grill, let cool slightly, and serve with extra BBQ sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef mixture in BBQ sauce for a few hours before assembling.
  • These can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
