Delicious BBQ bacon bombs stuffed with cheddar cheese, perfect for a party or game day.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Take a portion of the beef mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a small amount of cheddar cheese in the center and wrap the beef around it to form a ball.
- Wrap each ball with bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Brush BBQ sauce over each bacon-wrapped bomb.
- Place the bombs on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through.
- Remove from grill, let cool slightly, and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef mixture in BBQ sauce for a few hours before assembling.
- These can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
