Description

  • 1 cup Heirloom or Cherry Tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil, torn

  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine the fresh ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, diced tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and freshly torn basil leaves.
