Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the caramel candies and chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a couple of minutes before transferring to wire racks.
