Description

Indulge in a comforting bowl of beef ramen noodles, featuring tender beef, chewy noodles, and vibrant vegetables in a savory broth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 250g beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain them well, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the beef slices, cooking for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Introduce the cooked ramen noodles into the mix; gently fold them into the beef and vegetables.
  7. Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot in bowls, garnishing with sesame seeds or green onions, if desired.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute beef with chicken or tofu. You can also add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms.
