Description

Delicious Bang Bang Salmon featuring tender fillets coated in a creamy, spicy sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir in the sesame oil until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the lined baking sheet. Generously brush both sides of each fillet with the bang bang sauce.
  4. Broil: Slide the baking sheet into the oven and broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. Garnish and serve: Remove the salmon from the oven, sprinkle with sliced green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can store the sauce in the refrigerator for up to a week. Consider marinating the salmon ahead of time for deeper flavor.
