Instructions

- Add the buttermilk and melted butter, mixing until just combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 5-6 times.
- Roll out the dough to about 1-inch thickness.
- Cut the biscuits using a round cutter or glass.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they’re close together.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter or jam.
