Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a chewier cookie, do not overbake.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Feel free to substitute with milk chocolate chips if preferred.
