Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter over it.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, white chocolate chips, and pistachios evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
