Description
Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with white chocolate and pistachios, topped with a creamy frosting.

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter over it.
- Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, white chocolate chips, and pistachios evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before frosting with cream cheese frosting.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These rolls can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
