Delicious truffles combining the flavors of white chocolate and orange, reminiscent of a creamsicle.
Ingredients

- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar to coat.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These truffles can be frozen for longer storage.
