Description

Delicious truffles combining the flavors of white chocolate and orange, reminiscent of a creamsicle.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar to coat.
  7. Place the truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
