Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, steam the broccoli florets until just tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded white cheddar cheese to the cream mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
