Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rosé wine

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and rosé wine.
  2. Add the chopped rosemary and honey, if using.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Once frozen, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a slushy texture.
  6. Serve in glasses and garnish with additional rosemary sprigs.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute rosé wine with sparkling water.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey based on your preference.
