A refreshing summer cocktail made with watermelon, rosemary, and rosé wine, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup rosé wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and rosé wine.
- Add the chopped rosemary and honey, if using.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once frozen, scrape the mixture with a fork to create a slushy texture.
- Serve in glasses and garnish with additional rosemary sprigs.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute rosé wine with sparkling water.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey based on your preference.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the freezer.
