- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Spread a layer of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer spinach leaves, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, and cucumber on top of the hummus.
- If using, spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the vegetables.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
