Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add the diced mango and pineapple to the tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, strain the mixture to remove the fruit pieces.
  6. Refrigerate the tea until chilled.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
