- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place the chicken and cheese mixture between the slices of bread, buttered side out.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the pan, slice, and serve hot.
