Ingredients

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ziti, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce.
