- 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and shredded turkey.
- Add the cranberry sauce, chopped celery, walnuts, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other leftover vegetables you have on hand.
