Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the beef and vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
