Ingredients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken or tofu for the beef.
