- 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (your choice)
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for another minute.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute chicken or tofu for the beef.
